Studio
Louise's studio is fully equipped with everything you need to get your body moving. Located on the border of Walnut Creek and Lafayette in the Bay Area, the studio is bright and minimalist with plenty of windows to let in natural light and fresh air.
Outside
Louise started her park classes at the beginning of the pandemic and had no idea they would become a lifeline for local movement lovers. They come together twice a week to move their bodies, connect with friends, and enjoy the outdoors.
On Demand
MATmoves are Louise’s dynamic on demand movement classes. She covers everything from classic Pilates Mat and equipment classes to combination classes, where different movement modalities are woven together to help you build stamina and endurance.
