Hello, I’m Louise.

For over 25 years, my career has been centered around movement and physical well-being. I’ve explored all sorts of wellness practices, from Pilates, yoga, and Animal Flow, to personal training, Franklin Method, Body Mind Centering, and many more.

I put in the work to learn a variety of practices, not only because I love it, but because I now have the knowledge to use different teaching modalities based on each of my client’s unique needs. Because of this, I’ve gained an amazing group of clients, many of whom have been working with me for over 20 years. Together, we keep moving forward—I am committed to giving my clients confidence in themselves and their bodies through all stages of life.

I’ve found success and fulfillment in the field because of my genuine enthusiasm for it. On a typical day, you’ll find me in the studio leading a fun and flowy class. Or strategizing with a client, troubleshooting nagging aches and pains. Or assisting the elderly with everyday tasks. Or around the local park teaching a fitness class. Teaching has given me an outlet for my creativity, and being in service to others is very centering. My mantra is to change the world one body at a time because, as Joseph Pilates said, “Change is the pre-requisite of happiness,” and when we are happy, the world is better for everyone.
