Start a Journey of Self Discovery with Pilates

Studio ────────

 

Solo Training

Louise will help you explore your body and discover new ways of moving in a focused one-on-one session that's all about you. You'll get the full Pilates experience and enjoy access to all the equipment in the studio, including the Pilates Reformer. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to troubleshoot nagging body aches and explore movement adjustments to make everyday life more accessible.

All sessions 50 minutes. 

Duet & Trio Training

Movement sessions with a friend are twice as fun! Hang out together while working out and moving your bodies in the privacy of a small Pilates studio setting. Set individual goals or work together, moving at your own pace without the distractions of daily life, and without the full cost of solo training.

All sessions are 50 minutes.

Reformer Classes

With no more than three students in each session, these multi-level classes are great if you're looking for a more social experience with plenty of individual attention from Louise. Duets & Trios are invite-only, making this a safe way to work out with others who are at a similar point in their Pilates journey. Each class is designed with your body in mind, giving you the opportunity to truly benefit from the Pilates experience.

All classes are 50 minutes.

Park Classes

Is there anything better than breathing in the fresh air and soaking up the California sunshine while you work out? With plenty of space to move and breathe, Louise's outdoor classes offer the perfect opportunity to be part of a community while getting in your workout.

Louise hosts her park classes at Moraga Commons Park in Moraga, CA where there are plenty of options to move all year round.

Workout modalities change depending on the seasons. Check the schedule for current workouts, which may include TRX, Animal Flow, Pilates, strength, mobility, and more.

All classes are 50 minutes.

Weekly Virtual Pilates Classes

MATMoves is Louise’s signature dynamic movement class. Based on Pilates, Louise weaves together exercises in a fun and seamless virtual class that prepares your body and mind for the day. These classes are designed to make you feel better, reduce nagging aches and pains and increase your strength, flexibility, and mobility.

All classes are 50 minutes.

On Demand Pilates Videos

Access on-demand premium content designed for your body, your needs on your schedule. There is something for everybody. 

Purchase one class at a time or sign up for a convenient monthly subscription, or challenge and get all the benefits of an in-person Pilates class from the comfort and safety of your own space.
