Join me and Natalie Lobue for a deeply soothing and meditative Sound Bath experience that promises to be rejuvenating and transformative.
Sounds Baths are an excellent way to relax and restore the mind, body, and spirit. While you lay down and get cozy, Natalie will fill the space with gongs, crystal singing bowls, chimes, tingshas, and Tibetan singing bowls. As she plays, gentle sounds fill the room, pour through our bodies, change our minds and brainwave states, and reset our nervous system. These changes create healing, insight, and rest that help you feel lighter and inspired. It’s a lovely way to rejuvenate your whole being.
What are the benefits of a Sound Bath?
Sound baths offer a range of potential benefits, including:
Stress Reduction: The soothing sounds and vibrations can help reduce stress and promote relaxation.
Improved Sleep: Many people find that sound baths help them sleep better and experience more restful nights.
